Privacy Policy

PLUSMAKER is a private, referral-based member ecosystem offering trading tools, education, rewards and related member services. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Account details: username, full name, email address and password (stored only as a bcrypt hash — never in plain text).
• Profile details you provide: phone number, country, registered broker, delivery address and profile avatar.
• Activity records: rank progression, reward redemptions, product access, purchases, support conversations and notification reads.
• Device tokens, used only to deliver push notifications you opt into.
• Session data: secure, httpOnly authentication cookies that keep you signed in.

We use your information to operate your account, provide the products and features you unlock, fulfil physical rewards, send service notifications, and keep the platform secure (including brute-force protection on sign-in).

We do not sell your personal data. Your sponsoring Introducing Broker can see limited client information (name, username, email and rank status) for members they referred. Platform administrators access member data only to operate, support and moderate the service.

You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time — see our Account Deletion information. When a deletion request is processed, your operational data is deleted. Certain financial and transaction records may be retained in anonymised form only where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Personal identifiers are removed where reasonably possible.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use short-lived httpOnly tokens, and sign-in is protected by attempt throttling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply these safeguards consistently.
